- Bring your own malpractice
We require proof of current AZ malpractice coverage. Existing-firm consent encouraged.
Requirements
- Active, good-standing license with the State Bar of Arizona
- Practice experience in at least one of: consumer bankruptcy (Ch.7), AZ estate planning, AZ family law (uncontested)
- Current malpractice insurance covering the work category
- Written consent from your primary firm (where applicable) to perform contract reviewer work
- Willingness to commit to a minimum of 4 reviewed matters per month
